Import leads
Export a CSV/Excel file from Vulcan7 or your MLS, then drop it here. I auto-match the columns and merge duplicates across both sources. Nothing leaves your device.
Pick Active/New for a current-listings export — I use it only to flag prospects that got re-listed (so you don't knock a re-listed home).

Upload your screened CSV to Netlify as leads.csv (next to index.html), then tap this — it pulls them in directly.
Add one lead by hand
For a referral or a door you just want to drop in — like an address someone gave you.
Letter queue
Follow-up letters you've drafted. Edit any one, print it, then mark it sent — the contact gets updated with the date and what you said. Generate a letter from any lead's detail screen.

Re-check the MLS for relists
Check just your leads — two ways, depending on how a listing came back:
A · Same MLS # — reactivated, price change, or temp→active keep their number. Copy your MLS #s and search connectMLS by number.
B · Re-listed as NEW — a fresh listing gets a new MLS #, so it only matches by address. Copy your towns, search Active in those towns (add your type/price band to keep it small), and export.
Then import either export — I match by MLS # and address, flag anything back on the market, and clear anything still off-market:
Backup & restore
Your leads live on this device. Back up regularly, or move them to another device.
The mailing list pulls owner name + mailing address for likely-investor and tenant-occupied properties — ready for a mail-merge so you can send a letter instead of knocking.
Every lead you've knocked, set an appointment on, or noted — with its Vulcan7 Contact ID and a dated note — so you can update Vulcan7 in a batch.
